Often I am asked for resources for where to start when you have not meditated before. I wish I had had these resources when I was starting out. I am grateful that I encountered them on the way and return to them again and again for support & inspiration on the way:
Mindfulness in Plain English – wonderful, engaging, quick read but without sacrificing valuable coverage of the basics. I love this one and return to read it probably once per year; and I get something different from it every time I re-read it.
What would you recommend for someone starting out on the path?
